We sincerely hope you love each item you receive from us otherwise, you are able to exchange it.

We advise that you read our policies at your discretion, carefully and respectfully as our accommodations are very limited. We try to be as reasonable as we can be in our policy, if any questions or concerns rise please contact us at sales@nvmeclothing.com

NO REFUNDS

NV|ME Clothing will exchange unwashed, unworn, apparel in its original condition only in the following case:

You would ONLY be eligible at a one time exchange if we receive the product back within 30 days from the day the order was delivered. The original invoice must be included; merchandise must have all tags attached, original packaging, no signs of wear, alterations or customs damage. Moreover, exchanges require the customer to pay for the shipping and handling unless directly exchanged at either of our locations. However, if the item(s) is/are out of stock you will be eligible for store credit.

For store credit, you will receive a unique code that can only be used on a one time basis. The code must be used at an equal amount as the exchange or at a greater amount. (ex: if credit is at $50 you must get something worth $50 or greater)

What cannot be exchanged:

If items arrive 30 days after the order was delivered no exchange or store credit will be granted.
If merchandise is described as “Final Sale” it cannot be exchanged. If the item was purchased during a 50% or above discount rate, then item will not be available for exchange nor store credit.

Evening gowns are final sale. Therefor, no exchange will be granted.

All items are subject to evaluation by NV|ME Clothing and we reserve the right to refuse exchanges of items that are not in the condition that they were purchased in.
